Earle is our Dealer/Owner and General Manager at Home Hardware Building Centre – North Battleford. He has been an independent businessperson for more than 25 years and has spent almost as long in the construction industry. Earle enjoys managing great teams and implementing constant improvements to help our employees and customers.  He particularly enjoys how excellent people, sincere effort, and unique solutions can turn project challenges into opportunities to exceed customer expectations.

When Earle is not working, he spends as much time as he can with his family, and his passion for physical fitness keeps him busy.  Earle keeps the business closed on Sunday so that every employee has a chance to spend quality time with their families.
